By creating an account or using this service you agree to these Terms. The service lets you generate and edit images with AI. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and generate.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. The service is intended for lawful, consensual, adult use only.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not upload, generate, share or distribute any content that:

1. Depicts minors

   Any content involving a real or apparent person under 18. This is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the competent authorities. Uploaded material is subject to automated and manual review.

2. Is non-consensual

   Intimate, nude or sexualised imagery of a real, identifiable person created or shared without that person's explicit, informed consent (including "deepfakes" of real individuals).

3. Impersonates or defames

   Content that impersonates a real person, or is intended to harass, defame, blackmail or deceive.

4. Infringes rights

   Content that violates the intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

5. Is otherwise illegal

   Any use that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction from which you access the service.

3. Your representations for each generation

Each time you generate content you confirm that: (a) the subject is an AI-generated model or a person who has given you explicit consent; (b) any depicted person is 18 or older; and (c) you hold all rights necessary to upload the source image. We record this attestation for compliance purposes.

4. AI-generated content disclosure

Outputs are synthetic media produced by AI and are marked accordingly. You must not remove such markings or present generated content as an authentic depiction of a real event or person.

5. Reporting & takedown

If you believe content produced or hosted through this service is non-consensual, involves a minor, or otherwise infringes your rights, please report it immediately via our content report page. We remove illegal content on priority and cooperate with law-enforcement requests.

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and preserve and disclose information to authorities where required by law or to prevent harm. Violations of the prohibited-uses section may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. No warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for the way you use generated content, which remains your sole responsibility.
