Acceptable Use Policy

By creating an account or using Nudify App, you agree to the rules below. They exist to keep the service legal and safe. Any violation results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund, and serious violations are reported to the competent authorities.

Strictly Prohibited

1. No minors — absolute zero tolerance

   Generating, uploading, requesting or attempting to create any content that depicts a child, a teenager, a minor, or any person who appears to be under 18 — real or AI-generated, in whole or in part — is strictly and absolutely forbidden. This includes youthful styling, school or childlike settings, or any attempt to make a subject look underage. There are no exceptions.

2. AI models only — no real people

   This tool exists solely to undress AI-generated models. Uploading, processing or transforming a photograph of a real, identifiable person is strictly forbidden. Do not use the image, face or likeness of any real individual.

3. No non-consensual or real-person imagery

   Creating sexual or nude imagery of a real person without their explicit consent is forbidden. This includes deepfakes, celebrities, public figures, acquaintances, ex-partners and any identifiable individual. "Revenge", retaliation or non-consensual intimate imagery is never permitted.

4. You must be of legal age (18+)

   You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access or use this service.

5. No depictions of violence or non-consensual acts

   Content depicting rape, sexual assault, coercion, torture, bestiality, incest, or any non-consensual or violent sexual act is prohibited.

6. No harassment, extortion or doxxing

   Do not use the service to harass, threaten, blackmail, sextort, defame, humiliate, or reveal private information about anyone.

7. No impersonation or fraud

   Do not impersonate any person or entity, or use generated content for fraud, scams, misinformation or deception.

8. Comply with your local laws

   You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service is legal where you live. If this type of content is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not use the service.

9. No distribution that harms others

   You may not publish, share or distribute generated content in a way that is illegal, non-consensual, or that infringes another person's rights, privacy or dignity.

10. No abuse of the platform

    No scraping, reselling, automated bulk abuse, reverse engineering, circumventing safety filters, or sharing access to bypass these rules.

11. You are responsible for your content

    You are fully responsible for everything you generate and for the consequences of its use. The service is provided for lawful, consensual, adult creative use only.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these rules. We may update this policy at any time.
